Gerry Hansen
Gerry Hansen was last seen in 2003's "The Women" and "The Dinner Party", and 2004's "Marriage is Murder", and in 2005 for The Murder Room. For 2007 Gerry choreographed our play I Hate Hamlet. Gerry Hansen began her theatrical training in High School. She continued studying theatre at SBCC and has recently completed a Directing Emphasis at UCSB. She has been a member of the Circle Bar B troupe since 1990, and has also been involved as actress, director, choreographer, stage manager, costumer and dramaturgy with the following theatre groups: Theatre UCSB, Naked Shakes Theatre, Boxtales Theatre, SBCC Theatre Group, Center Stage Theatre, SYV Ensemble Theatre, SB Ensemble Theatre, and Shakespeare in the Park. Gerry also dances with the Los Olivos Dance Gallery and Fossemalle Dance Studios. She directed the Indy Award winning production of 1940’s Radio Hour, and has appeared in five movies, including My Favorite Martian, and Seabiscuit. Gerry is excited to announce that she has just been accepted into the MA/PHD Theatre program at UCSB, which she will be entering in the Fall of 2008. |
