Tiffany Story (Janet Chester) is thrilled to be performing once again on the Circle Bar B stage after closing the 2011 season with Sylvia as her alter ego “Sylvia”. A Santa Barbara native, she has performed in or directed close to 100 productions. She was seen at CBB in the two person show It Had to be You (Theda Blau), as well as Pump Boys and Dinettes (Rhetta), The Odd Couple ( Cecily Pigeon) I Love You, You're Perfect Now Change, The Dinner Party (Gabrielle), Rumors (Cookie), Nunsense (Sister Robert Ann), Sylvia, and 1940's Radio Hour (Ginger) for which she won an Independent Award.
She has also won awards for her roles in SBCC Theater Group's You Can't Take It With You, The Laramie Project, and Anton in Show Business, as well as the original rock musical Success. Other favorites include Wild Oats, The Buddy Holly Story, Bat Boy and Laundry and Bourbon and The Last Empire written by the lovely late Bob Potter. She is currently singing in two bands, and is directing Montecito Union's 6th grade musical, The Wizard of Oz which she has done for the last 5 years.
One of her passions is rescuing pets from high-kill shelters and finding them loving homes.
Tiffany dedicates this performance and all others to her mother Barbara, who taught her how to laugh and love. I miss you mom!
